My Guide to the San Diego Comic Con

These are the pictures I took on the first day of the 2007 San Diego Comic-Con (July 26th).

An animated display for the Kingdom of Loathing.	Nifty mask, but the rest isn't much of a costume. That thing must have been hell to wear, though.

Cute kids with a big dog.	Darn my fading memory, I can't recall what the dog was promoting.

The Beast

The Penny Arcade booth	The Black Knight from Monty Python.	Spider-Man, the Sandman, and Venom.

And interesting looking, remote controlled R2-D2.

I find the Burger King to be creepy as is, but when dressed up as Death, it's even worse!	A Ghostbuster.	Master Chief from Halo.

Giant sized Pokemon heroclix. Charizard, I think, though I could be completely wrong.	Technically, they're giant sized Pokemon Trading Figure game pieces. Here's Feraligatr, I believe.

Optimus Prime

Joe Turkel	and James Hong. They were some of the people who were signing for 25th anniversary reissue of Blade Runner.

Mike Nelson, of MST3k fame. His newest thing is RiffTrax, of which he was selling some DVDs of movies with the RiffTrax already put in.	Wally Wingert, who does a lot of the smaller voice parts on Family Guy.	Cindy Morgan, best known for appearing in Tron and Caddyshack.
