Side by Side by the Prancing Pony Players, costuming in armor from the "Lord of the Rings". |
From left to right in the back row, we have: Cordelia Willis as Eowyn, Kel Bolton as Merry, Carolyn Staehle as Frodo, Leah Jakusovszky as Sam, John Bourke as Farmir. Cathleen Trowbridge is Pippin, kneeling in the front. |
| The Prancing Pony Players used the theme music from "Friends" with lyrics rewritten by Cordelia. Instead of drawing swords for their opening pose, they drew umbrellas and froze momentarily to parody the opening pose in the "Friends" credits. |

I didn't see Christy Erkel in a Star Wars costume this year. But that didn't stop some of the photographers from dragging her up on stage for some pics. |
| Not that it took much dragging, she seems to enjoy the attention. |

The Prancing Pony Players won best Lord of the Rings Re-creation from Legendary Heroes. They had the choice of receiveing a handcrafted wood replica of Legolas's bow, plus arrows, or a $500 credit to the LegendaryHeroes.com website. |

| The PPP chose the Legolas Bow, and gave the bow to Cordelia, who played Eowyn. Cordelia was their Legolas in their previous One Ring Circus performance as well as the choreographer and lyrics-writer for this skit. She got the bow and several arrows, and each of the rest of the group took a commemorative arrow for themselves. |
